S/S 14 examines acid modernism through psychedelic views of tropical landscapes and a sense of Fauvism. Exotic large scale floral / landscapes prints and graphics that evoke a connection between dreams and creativity. Key design components I’ve noticed trending for S/S 14:
-Platform wedge heels are magnified to oversized heavy effect
-Layered straps belt the foot with additional layers jutting down, over and across the heel and ankle
-Floral applications flourish at the rear of the heel for additional excess, over the top effect.
